Outstanding balance funds

Dear Ma***o Security and PSSPF Team,

Re: Outstanding Balance and Finalized Documents

I am writing to follow up on the status of my outstanding balance with Ma***o Security and the Private Security Sector Provident Fund (PSSPF). As per my previous communication, I have sent the finalized documents to both Ma***o Security and PSSPF.

However, PSSPF has informed me that they are still waiting for Ma***o Security to pay my outstanding balance. I kindly request that you expedite this process and provide me with an update on the status of my balance.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect the outstanding balance to be paid. If there are any additional steps I need to take, please let me know.
