MAGICINTHEBOX has no support and orders do not arrive

<p>In the 23rd March 2017 I've placed an order at www.magicinthebox.co.za<br />The order # 16781 was for nearly R 2000<br />The order never arrived.<br />I tried to contact Magicinthebox support, which is a webpage with no phone number. So, I left several messages.<br />The order status changed, after a while, to "shipped", but no one contacted me. No by email or phonecall.<br />Time went throught and the order never arrived. This is 2 months ago.<br />I have left messages on the "support" webpage but no one has contacted me.<br />They took the money, but never contacted me.<br />Since there is no answer and I've fail to find a phone number to talk to a real person, I think it is fair to say that the company is a scam and when an order is "lost" nobody takes ownership and try to resolve the customer concerns.</p>
