Hy my name is mercia Mbhele i live in khutsong carletonville, i had a case of gender based violence (GBV) against my husband around june 2025 then while in process with the case, i was advised to open a protection order against him which i did,, my husbands came and broke the windows at my home with stones after a breakup.

We opened a case against him bcos he was refusing to buy the windows with proof of him refusing to buy the window and him breaking the rules of my protection order against him. He was picked up by a pice van and they helped him to get the windows bcos they where concern abt him loosing his job and not my safety On the 01 August 2025 the (gbv) case was withdrawn on the 23 august 2025 he hit me with a stick and broke my arm,, got arrested then got bail 😔😔😔. I fail to understand how can he got bail after so many incidents against me and he broke the protection order agreement 🥹🥹🥹. Just bcos he works under government his work is more precious than my life. Our saps and judges are failing us as womans. Now i cant go anywhere bcos im scared not knowing what he will do to me next😔😔. I saw wish this can reach the high court magistrates and get answers. 0691930906 its my contact number. Im shuttered
