THANK YOU MR NOEL MASHAMBA AT MAKHADO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
There are not many municipalities that can be complimented on their efficiency nowadays. I would like to take the time to thank Mr Noel Mashamba in the Budget & Treasury Dept for his efficiency in providing rates clearance figures and rates certificate in record time, as well as his overall attitude towards his work!! I wish he could teach other councils how to be efficient and about customer service. THANK YOU NOEL!!

Mayors Basary
I have been calling the mayor office with regards to the basary my niece app**** and we not getting any answer we been send from pilar to post. We need some answers before we go to the social media platforms

Bad state of road R523
Potholes in Dzanani main road from willie****rt heading towards Thohoyandow direction.Between Makhado and Siloam(R523).The road is in a bad state and a disaster waiting to happen. This road has been in this state for years now and it seems like no one sees and cares about the road. The most important part of all is that the road is major link between commuties to Makhado Township from both Louis trichardt and Thohoyandou.

Not helpful
<p>I went there to renew my driver's license and was told the eye test machine is not working and further stated they have no idea when will it be fixed. They dont accept eye test certficate from the optom, so basically there's no service there. they dont seem to be bothered by the fact that people are going back home without being assisted. The staff is unfriendly, they offer bad service with no solution.</p>

Incompetence
We want to apply for the renewal of our drivers licences which will expire shortly. On arrival at the Louis Trichardt (Makhado) Municipality we first learn that this specific department only open at 8 o'clock. Then at the booth where they do the eye test we were informed that this is for a temporary licence only for the scanner is out if order since November 2015 and it will cost R85.00 for a temporary license. This is unexeptable to pay for a public service incompentacy. Please investigate this matter. <br> <br> Magda Pretorius<br> Louis Trichardt

Best professional service
my experience of government services are generally bad bit id like to take this opportunity to comment about the great professional services I received at makhado manucipality. Both the three times i went there received not only a satisfactory service but a satisfactory and great professional service. I dont remember the name of the guy that seemed to be in charge who also is the one that always come to my aid. But he works very hard and passionately and i think he deserves this praise
