I have logged a return for a refund today . I have seen the “bad “ reviews of you guys . Please don’t add stress on top of my exam stress please refund within the given period . The service was fast delivered within 2 days may the refund be this fast

Non-payment of refund
I cleared my Makro loan account, but their statements only go out in the middle of a month. Upon receiving the statement, I realized I overpaid my account. Now it is an endless struggle to get my credit amount back and I am left having to pay for admin charges (monthly services) due to the account being in a credit balance. When I phone Makro everytime, they say I must wait 7 to 14 days. For them only to get their admin monthly charges. I am fed up having to struggle with this as I am a good customer for many many years!

Following my previous complaint, the issue was escalated to the CSS supervisor, who was very helpful and actively engaged in addressing it. The issue has not been resolved yet however there is a good progress.

Useless Makro, they are rasist.
I was retrenched November 2023 and put on my claim with Makro for their insurance to cover for installments. They came back to me and inform me my account will be frozen as the insurance will be taking care of the account. The account was frozen but December installment run and bounced. Now I'm reliable for all the changes plus interest on their side as insurance didn't pay. What's annoying more is their call center who calls me and charge me for the phone calls, and not willing to listen to what I have to say.

Extremely unprofessional service
Extremely unprofessional service. Queried my statement, got promised an adjustment and it didn't happen. When I queried again, got told what I knew already. Besides that, it took forever to get a response. Sent numerous emails until I got a response. Regret ever dealing with them.
