I bought Benettte Read Superchef 6 3.0 on the 29.12.2026 on the 18.01.2026 i used and it was it not cooking only heating i took it back to Makro and was told i missed the 14 day period , equipment had to go for testing , two weeks later received the product worst then the first time went back and returned and requested a refund the 1 st time round was told second time there will a refund , third time gave it back collect it , filthy lid and no plug and will go back for assesment . this has costed 6 trips to makro and back with being given he run round from the returns depart and Khumalo manager of Tevo. this is unacceptable i want my refund. this was bought brand new the invoice after the second return says fair condition was i sold a second superchfef

I bought 2 bags online at Foschini on promo, but then decided to return for exchange because they were the same, I asked a cashier lady there if it was possible to return then she said yes, she went through with the process but told me at the end that it's not possible they have to refund me. I asked her how was it possible she gave me so many reasons ending up calling the supervisor, same with her she even gave me attitude. Why didn't they explain before we went through the process of exchanging only to refund me? Their customer service is so bad and I loved the bag and asked if I can stay with that one still they said I have to get refunded or buy with normal price. Foschini at carnival mall is bad with customer service.

Only two lifts were working, one escalator was out of order. End of month shopping with my mom of 81y were hectic. There was just one tap in the ladies bath room with water. No paper towels and the hand dryer does not work. It iis not a pleasure to shop at Mall @Carnival.

Im very upset with the service my parents receive from Standard bank Mall@Carnival. They are 78 years old. Last week they went to Standard bank to renew their bank card. The gentleman that help them on Tuesday 16th September 2025 told them to come back today 25 September 2025 to come and collect the new card. When they arrive a rude white lady tell them just to go and sit and wait to be help and from the on set she told them they will sit and wait for an hour and half in queue. After an hour and half they was called after was only two people in the queue. This is just bad, if i dont hear something i will go to social media

Recharge 14 and first for task .after two task again task came with difference 61 and . When I ask she told you will get back this amount with your commission at end of task. She advised to complete 10 task and advised to contact service manager Alina .
