Package says 6 pies and I got 5 pies
I bought Mama's pie at Shoprite on the 5th of July 2025 I still have the receipt. It says on the packaging it's 6 pies instead I got 5 pies. How should we trust what you write on the package when we pay for something that is not it.

mamas pies
mamas now pack their frozen pies "dough to dough" in their 6 pack frozen pies. Now when you try to seperate the pies, they are frozen stuck to each other. You get to damage 2 pies because the dough on both pies are damaged. The frozen chicken pies at checkers sandhurst were soaked in water from the outer cardboard sleeve. I notice 'mamas pies" do not reply to complaints reviewed on Hello Peter, so I surmise they dont care. Best solution/ dont buy the product at all.

Just, don't...
Bought their mushroom chicken pies. After instructions, dark-brown on top, raw at the bottom. Thanks for ruining dinner.

Don't buy Mama's Pies they cheat!!!
I am very disappointed in Mama's Pies. Mams's Pies advertise 6 Pies in a box and I received 5 in a box. A person in their factory can't count. Please look into this matter. I pay for 6 Pies and only get 5.

Don't buy Mama's Pies they cheat!!!
I am very disappointed in Mama's Pies. Mams's Pies advertise 6 Pies in a box and I received 5 in a box. A person in their factory can't count. Please look into this matter. I pay for 6 Pies and only get 5.

Rudeness and rotten box of pies
Today I went to Superspar @Mdantsane North and bought a box of Pies (Mama's Pies brand). When I arrived at home to prepare for my kids ,the box of 6 were all rotten. I drove back to return them and was given a worse rooten box. I asked for the manager and he came , he didnt even look my way or greet, he spoke with the cashier and walked away. I stood there like an idiot waiting for an apology at least for the fuel i had wasted and the risk i Almost put my kids through.

Mama's Horrible pies
Bought the pepper steak pies and it is horrible. No steak but just thick gravy that looks like mud. It is hot cheap so atleast put steak on it. That is what I am paying for . Very disappointed. Will not but again. Garage pies are beter
