I'm a landlord using Mamela Estates' Rental Administration department for more than 10 years. They manage 13 apartments of mine. I am very happy with their service over the years and it seems to be getting even better lately. It appears that the collections (or the quality of their tenants) have improved markedly over the past few months. I have not seen collections being less than owing for close to a year now. Mamela also takes care of all levy payments, utility payments, finding and monitoring good tenants and checking on repairs and maintenance.

Mamela Estates or Mamela Properties has been refusing with my rental deposit since January 2024. My offense with them is that I did not e-mail my notice to vacate the rented apartment - I wrote a letter that was given to their employee. The employee subsequently left their employment, before processing my exit. The company and owner of the apartment did not suffer any loss as the apartment was occupied from the day I left. I also reached out to the principal / Owner and he does not respond to my e-mails. All efforts to come to agreement have failed.
