Hello I've got a printer with vumatel. I paid my monthly subscription on the 5th April but to my surprise the reference I paid to got changed to another one I do know.... when I asked last week they told me they'll make follow up and call me back, of which that never happened until I called then today

They told me there's nothing they can do as that new reference it's in use by someone with similar details to me .meaning my money has been lost...
