Useless Service

Manage All is a company that sells amongst other products Medical aid like Discovery. They claim to handle authorizations etc. for the client. I gave them 2 weeks to do mine for an operation I needed and after that I had to do everything myself! Why then offer a service if they are not up to doing it? Pathetic service!
