My experience with MANCOSA has been extremely disappointing due to their poor turnaround time and lack of communication regarding urgent academic matters.

I submitted my Research Proposal on time to my research supervisor, but he failed to complete the Ethical Clearance documentation properly, which resulted in my research coordinator rejecting the proposal. December passed while trying to resolve the issue, and I was granted an extension to resubmit.

When I approached my supervisor again, he insisted that the proposal was correct and approved, yet the coordinator continued rejecting it. I later discovered that the Ethical Clearance form had never been signed by my supervisor. By the time I finally got the signature, I had already completed my research report in advance to avoid delays, but I still could not submit because ethical clearance approvals take about a week to process.

After the submission deadline passed, I was instructed to re-register for the Research module. I contacted Tyrick Govendor for assistance regarding the registration balance and costs, and I was told I would receive a call. Months later, I am still waiting. I even asked someone close to him for assistance and was told I would receive my financial statement via email, but weeks have gone by with no response despite countless follow-up emails.

For the amount of money students pay, the level of service and support provided by MANCOSA is unacceptable. The communication is poor, the turnaround time is extremely slow, and students are left frustrated and helpless when dealing with urgent matters.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to study at MANCOSA.
