Nalphy Lesoma
I had my property leased by Nalphy Lesoma at Mandated which initially started okay depsite the admin glitches with not providing me with supporting documents & the disjoint with the back office re documents & payments, However, once the tenant broke the lease after less than 2 months, she conveniently advised that any breakage costs are the clients costs & her fee (1 months rental) is not refundable despite the tenant only being in the apartment for less than 2 months at the time. In addition, she stopped liaising with me & advised the tenant to now deal with me after promptly advising me that she will not assist in finding a new tenant. When wanting to list my property, she was all eager and helpful but once things went south, she pulled the T's & C's on me. Told me that she was unavailable as she was going to be travelling out of the country + could not assist in finding a new tenant. Very unprofessional and I certainly would not recommend her to any potential owner looking to rent out their property. I subsequently hired a new agent and she offered a world class standard of service. Never again with Mandated.

Unprofessional agents
Coming to people’s homes and taking pictures for marketing purposes without consent from the home owners is unacceptable, we were shocked to find our home listed on property 24. Can your arrangements with the developers please not affect home owners, you are making our experience of leaving in Swallow Hills bad , people knocking on our doors for viewing when we not even selling our house, this is unacceptable.

Unprofessional agents

Mandated Property Group Sucks
I'm not sure if this company is *****ulent or if it really exists. But apparently they sell houses in Richards Bay but are based in JHB. I've enquired about a property on the site. 1 week later no response. I've whatsapped the agent Philani Dube. No response. I've tried phoned him numerous times. No answer. Eventually 2 weeks later he answers my call and says the property is sold. He was too busy to return my messages or calls

Agent owing me R5500 deposit
Me n my husband was renting a house in klipfontein via mandated agency group the agent name is Kgomotso matjila, we paid R5500 deposit and now we moved out but he failed to give our R5500 back now he’s not answering our calls and Wattsup

Discrimination
Zero rating. Was discriminated against and treated unfairly by the Estate Agent from Mandated Property Group. Their principal must act accordingly to ensure that their agents have proper conducts, treat people fairly with respect.
