Hi Your facial hair removal cream is absolutely **** my face is burnt I cant touch my face I've cried so burnt it is.

I've used it about 4hours after I bathed there were nothing in my face I used the first step and I left the product on for 9 min and 30 seconds.

You really used remove this from the market, my face is burnt and swollen I work with clients and now I cant use anything to hide this on my face I cant do anything all because I trusted your product!!! Never Never again and I will make sure no one I know will ever use it.
