I Visited Mahlungulu Clinic today on 08/11/2025 during the day as i was on duty, upon my arrival there was only 1 partient and the clerk lady and the nurse assisted quickly as it was empty. After that i was told to visit room 4 for blood tests. There i remained in the Q with no hope, all other nurses said they were on lunch. I had to go back to work without any blood tests being done. Its realy doesnt make any sence that all can be on luch at once. Please intervine

My names are zakhele Michael Sibiya, l am 39 years old male, I am living with cancer in stage 4,it's in a stage it can not be cured, so I'm relying on the pain ****ers only, as I've been admitted to this hospital since 05/05/2020 for the same reason condition. Things have been hard for me due to the treatment I'm receiving other nurses especially night shift, there are two teams who works at night, there is a one who led the male(Sir) instead of sister, this is the team that gives hard time if it's time for ejection, sometimes they refuse to give me ejection, the other worse thing they do when they come for the shift in evening, they make sure that they disconnect the buzz we use to notify them if we're having a problem, they disconnect so that we can not disturb them while they are busy talking and laughing even when we shout sometimes, last week Wednesday I was going to iNkosi Albert luthuli so every time when you visit another hospital the base provides you with a lunchbox, unfortunately for me on the same day I was due to go there(iNkosi albeit luthuli) the same team I am having issues with were on duty, so they did not give me lunchbox and no explanation as given to me. As I am living with this disease I am always In pain I rely on the injection, so today I had severe pain I asked for I asked for Injection they refused to give me injection, I asked Sir the chief nurse he said he was busy.
