MANICCA.COM - *****, ****, ***********?
I placed an order #000072646 and paid for it (which they acknowledged via email) through "Manicca.com" on the the 4th August 2022. To date still no goods have been received despite having been given two delivery dates. Email correspondence does in general yield no response. The one and only verbal communication was with "Alex" who assured me that the matter would be sorted out. Last contact I had was that the parcel would be delivered on the 3rd April 2023, (of course that did not happen). I reiterate what I said in a previous review to "Hellopeter" that this company Manicca.com is not above board and I would seriously encourage people not to do business with them.

Never trust them
Ordered a water reservoir for my Nespresso from them a year ago. After waiting for months I requested my money back. I have sent numerous emails and the response is the same. An automated response that they will process the refund within 7 to 14 working days. It never happens.

Never trust them

Manicca is proven to be a ****.
This is a ****. Check the South African address they claim as theirs. That address is non-existant in South Africa. I had an order dating back from October 2022. No delivery and no refund to this day. Apparently this **** is run by a black lady and a white guy. Stop buying and funding this ****.

Don't get refund on item never dispatched
Be very, very careful when buying online from this company, most items they do not have as advertised. I have now been waiting 7 months for a refund on an ordered item that they did not have. I am not sure I am ever going to get my money back (R1,200)???

Be very, very careful when buying online from this company, most items they do not have as advertised. I have now been waiting 7 months for a refund on an ordered item that they did not have. I am not sure I am ever going to get my money back (R1,200)???

SHOCKING COMPANY RUBBING ITS CLIENTS
Shocking Service. Placed order on 3 March 2023. Its now 5 May 2023 and I cannot get any answers from this company except generic responses. I call their number and as I am first in line I get cut off every single time. I am so incredibly disappointed and probably have lost my money. Purchasing a bible online and this is the service. Shocking. Where can one go to report this company?

Must be shutdown
I placed an order on 19 Jan 2023 at 4 pm. Less than 24 hrs later on 20 Jan 2023, I received an OUT OF STOCK: REFUND notification and sent my banking details immediately. Now over 4 months later, still no refund. They don't answer the calls. I've sent countless emails. Some receive no response, most receive generic responses promising that "A full refund will be issued within 7 - 14 working days upon receipt of banking details" and that a separate email will be sent (which never happens. After reading the reviews of an overwhelming majority of customers with the same experience, one wonders how this company is still operating and ****ming people.
