No customer care service

I am not a person that make a seen but i was at the spar in krugersdorp this afternoon by picking up palony that had price tag infront of it for R34 i took because that the palony i like when scan at till read price of R62.00 rand.i said to cashier that is not right the price tag said R34  she went with me to shelf saw stock there but when we look at descrition it was wrongly packed instead of spar brand rainbow was packed on shelf. She took price an dissapeard i waited a few min no one comes back . So i went to front i saw manager just credit sale but no atentiion was maid to me so i left i will not suport that branch again because management do not care. I am an manager in retail store and if stock was wrongly  merchandice i do apolegized to my customer and dicussed the issue i then gave it to customer on a very good price if he is not happy i give it to him at price displayed on shelf.my customer always come first.
