Not happy

I have app**** for a loan at manyovu they asked me to pay insurance fees which I paid after they told to for transfer fees which I was not told about not in the contract.what is the point of looking for a loan if the loan company will ask u pay pay . I hope people don't get the self with this company now they don't answer my phone
