Map cash loans paid up letter

I have paid my account in full end of January and send the proof of payment and requested the paid up letter I have send email by email for me and my husband account end of February I have received an email back stating I will receive the letter before end of that week I have send some more emails and until today I have not received anything back..

I need the letter to get my name clean but I just don't get feedback and I don't know if this is going to work to report them on hallo Peter.

I am not a meen person but I am done asking nicely.
