Armed *******
there was a incident now armed ******* right in front of the house. I immediately pushed my panic But EPR came, sub Rosa after 30min mapogo came and im a client Now the other mapogo security gaurd that was shot dead few weeks ago. In randfontein .. Never received back up why didnt anybody send him backup? Who is not doing their job. . Whats going on with mapogo randfontein

Armed *******
there was a incident now armed ******* right in front of the house. Horrible Service Delivery and attempted *******
Had a break in broad daylight, pressed the panic button. Response time was terrible, took over 10 minutes for a response vehicle to arrive. Went to go cancel my contract, they had the audacity to charge me full price of the remaining contract, and not the 40% of remaining contract. This company is worse that the so called ******* they suppose to catch. No vehicle patrolling during the day, just parked under a tree not providing any protection Sometime ******* are the service providers you least expect it from.

Mapogo a mathamaga security is useless and ***********,our life was in danger and we pressed panic button and they only respond 21 minutes later, what a useless response until..😭😭😭

DISGUSTING SERVICE BY MAPAGO A MATHAMAGA SECURITY
I DID NOT A SECURITY COMPANY COULD DO SO TERRIBLY!! After an incident: 1. Guarding Service: One of the nights: Guard arrived 1 hour late, smelling of alcohol. He yawned 4 times in the first 2 minutes of arriving. When I offered him cooldring, he asked if I could rather drive to a liquor store still open to buy him an energy drink. He had no torch & asked to use mine. In the morning I found him fast asleep with his headphones in a blanket in the opposite area he should have been monitoring. Another night, the Guard left with door open & never locked the property as explained 3 times. Another night after a long list of excuses, the Guard arrived 2 hours late. 2. Techical Security Matters: Regarding important technical security matters, it was promised a technician would arrive ASAP. But after begging & pleading, he arrived 2 days later! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

I would like to commend Mapogo Randfontein for the excellent service rendered to my elderly Mom. Thank you for always checking up on her and looking after her wellbeing. You make my life so much easier, I can go to work and not be concerned about her safety. Thank you for looking after my Mom.

Mapogo Randfontein delays in armed response
We have been noble customers from this service for +/- 9 years. We are not those citizens that press Panic buttons every week for reasons what so ever therefore do we believe that when we initiate a panic that the response must be rapid and effective. We recently had yet another scenario where we needed armed response very urgent. The thugs had already gained entry to my neighbors property when I commanded the first Panic. With time ticking did I press yet another panic and still no call from the control room nothing. I then decided to take matters in my own hands. I ran towards my neighbors house when I was met with two thugs as they jumped over the wall towards me. the one charged me with what looked like a iron or *****driver and its then where I pulled my Firearm. he immediately turned around and took refuge in the property he just came out off. With all this noise did my other neighbor intervened and also pressed a panic. The control room phoned and she expressed the severity that we need response NOW. With all this time waisted did the thugs jumped the back wall and came off scot free. 18 Minutes later did armed response arrive and by this time did my blood boil at levels far beyond all imagination. The reaction officers stated that they just received the call from their control room which leaves us somewhat confused for combined did us 3 house holds pressed easily 8 panics. The issue I have is NOT the reaction officers but solely the control room. They don't understand that every second counts. I contacted their manager and he promised to investigate and get back to me but its now Monday and I phoned him the past Friday but with no response too. I have a similar scenario a few years before this one where we also needed immediate assistance. The thugs had all the time in the world to get away. I have just cancelled their service as I can't comprehend the thought of paying some armed rapid response and hopefully see an officer 15 minutes later. I also just settled all outstanding amounts and have requested that the radio needs to be removed for I am done with this. I would rather use my previous monthly contributions towards something more valuable.

It is the best of the best
It is the best of the best. With Mapogo you are safe and safer. Batho Pele principles is their competency. I can't choose any other security company over them. Security is their business as in business,they don't thumb suck,from their call center to their call out. You are family with them. They don't take it for granted that you are their client . Heads up,thumbs up and keep it higher up. I'm proud to be their client or to say their family

It is the best of the best. With Mapogo you are safe and safer. Batho Pele principles is their competency. I can't choose any other security company over them.
