Maps Google directs in circles not to destination

Google maps totally Disapointing.

WHY if destination is 1km infront of you in a straight line with no obstacles and a open road , Maps still directs you 2km to 4 km zig zag left and right around longer roots. This is pathatic, and the startup directions is even worse. If whe wanted to drive in a circle whe would have. Please fix.
