Car worse off than before the service

I took my car in for its service. Needless to say, I got it back worse off than before the minor service. My car is an automatic and after the service, the car would jerk forward and backwads. contacted the owner, for him to then ask me whether Ford had changed the spark plugs a year ago? really? surely what does my previous service have to do with the one HE did? my car never had a problem before me taking it to him for service. Two months later, my car's Engine Oil light comes on with a message that it's due for a service.! I contacted the owner again, only for him to tell me its giving me that error because I never brought my car in on time - like ***! Really? I have never skipped a service with Ford and my next service was on time. He never took ownership- either blaming Ford or my poor timing? for his poor wormanship and lack of honesty and integrity! Stay away from this mechanic! There is no honesty in his work or rather lack thereof!
