Shocking service!!!

Shocked that after they had my car for 3 months straight without even 1 phone call from them to notify me what is going on with my car it is still not fixed, and prior to the 3 months they had it for 2 months. To top it off, from my car being there so long my battery which was brand new now needs to be replaced again! Customer service is shocking to say the least! I've wasted my time and money!
