fraudulent theif
<p>On 19/09/14 I Jacques van Wyk, owner of Marble a Pool (Pty) Ltd. (http://marbleapool.co.za), Colour Pools (www.colorpools.co.za), Build a Pool Pty Ltd (www.buildapool.co.za), Nova Pools (www.novapools.co.za) and All Green Energy Pools quote to marbelite my swimming pool.</p> <p>Quote: Drain pool R570. Remove fibreglass R570. Prepare for marbelite R570. Marbelite pool 15960. Startup chemicals R456. Jacque completed the first 3 tasks, which according to quote, cost R1710. He asked me on 1/11/14 to pay the full amount as well. I did not. </p> <p>Jacque then disappeared, and refused to answer any calls, emails, or text messages from me, my tenant Nicole, and my estate agent. I wrote a review on www.hellopeter.com about his non-delivery and refusing to answer any communication.</p> <p>I asked Jacque to rather return the monies he still owes me from the R10000 deposit (Ie. R10000-R1710 = R8290).</p> <p>His response:</p> <p>From: Marble Lite (sent my ********** <p>Hi Martin. Your reports on hellopeter makes me look like a thief, why bother. The damage is lready done. Please note that all the preparation works are done and your deposit was used for that. I will send you an invoice. Best regards Jacques</p> <p> </p> <p>A thief and a fraudster with multiple people having the same experience</p>
