Non delivery of service

In April 2015 we asked Marco Snell (advert in Yellow Pages) to quote on repairing our carport roof. We accepted his quote, he asked for a 70% deposit (over R8000) which we paid. Now 5 months later he has still not done any work on our roof. He makes appointments, cancels at the last minute. Was supposed to be coming tomorrow and has just cancelled again. Stay away from this man, please don't get taken in by him as others have.
