Marcopolo Holiday Club
I joined Marcopolo Holiday Club last year, i was paying off multi vacation off, I then received an email from them that they are temporary closing down and gave you an option to have your refund back, to which i completed and submitted my banking details and all, i have been sending lots of emails to make a follow up on my refund i cant get hold of them their number dont exist anymore the cellphone number goes on voicemail. They are ****mers.

Marco polo holiday club - ****
The company has closed down & they are refusing to refund us back our moneys for vacation booked , this company is a **** and i have reported them to Asata , i will take this matter further and engage my lawyers Marco polo pays us back our moneys

Unsatisfied customer
I booked a vacation around April to go to Bloemfontein on the 15th /12/2023 and I just received an email that they're temporarily closed and may request a refund which I did but haven't received my refund or any updates. Marcopolo is dishonest
I have booked between march and February for a vacation to monateng safari lodge from the 11th to the 15th December. I booked 3 units. On the 20th of November i got the email that the company is temporarily closed. Tried calling, tried WhatsApp nothing. I have send email and Instagram but not reply. I have already made arrangements for this trip, paid for transport, booked activities as this was a family outing. No reply nothing

Marcopolo is dishonest

I was sceptical at first but i have already travelled with Marcopolo Holiday club more than 3 times and im mor than happy

Marcopolo Holiday Club The ****
Marcopolo Holiday Club is a **** and should be closed, they advertise cheap vacations and take people's money, when it's for you to go they come up with all sort of stories, starting with guest certificate, you will never get it. Next they cancel you the day you are suppose to go, that time you have a spend a lot money buying clothes and food for the vacation. I had invited friends from different provinces to go with, and they canceled us on the day we were suppose go, mind we took leaves from work. When it comes to communication, they are the worst, you will call, whatsapp, facebook them and they won't respond. When they decide to respond, they are so rudeeee.
