My wife and I were regular customers of this company, until the following: On 21 April 2022, the owner/manager Jenny refused to wait 15 minutes to meet my tenant's Jhb to Dbn Kulula flight to arrive at dusk, which had been delayed due to the extreme KZN floods. As a result of this inflexibility, and rude and unhelpful attitude, my tenant, a 20yo female student, had to use a private taxi at a cost of R750. On 5 May 2022, to compound the problem, my tenant was not allowed to use her unused 21 April 2022 ticket, to return to Dbn airport for her flight to Jhb. It s understood that punctuality is important in this business, but the 21 April situation was extreme and unusual, and the refused trip was FROM Dbn Airport to the South Coast, not TO Dbn Airport, so punctuality in this case was not so important. The refused trip was all about MONEY, irrespective of taking the opportunity to help a vulnerable person in a traumatic situation, at night.
