Bad, just bad
Worst real estate company I’ve ever dealt with. Illiteracy, incompetence and a touch of ******, put in a blender. It makes zero sense to me how they’re still in business

Pathetisism of note
The most illiterate staff to do the work. Pathetic performance and *********** to a very large extend. Cannot even perform proper communications. Just add extras to the contract like out going and incoming inspections. As**** visits once and charge twice. Increase deposit as they like without explanation. Changes contracts as they like. Contact detail changes requested but they cannot perform. Listing clients on credit bureau without proper explanation This vompany is ****ed up and really stupid. The lowest class of people skills revealed ever. What a bunch of illiterate chair seat warmers

BAD SERVICE RECEIVED
I do not recommend Margie Pienaar Real Estates. I am struggling to get my refund for the past 2 weeks. When I phone, they pass me from one person to the next or the person is busy with the payments, or the person is not in. The WhatsApp messages get read (blue tik) but no response. It's such an unpleasant experience.

MARGIE PIENAAR RENTAL/ ESTATE AGENCY QUEENSWOOD PRETORIA
We had the misfortune of renting a house from Margie Pienaar Estates in Queenswood Pretoria.The house is owned by her Daughter Amore van den Eende so the lease contract was with her. From the day we moved in i have messages to the Rentals Co ordinator of complaints.We stayed there for 18 months and absolutely nothing was ever done to address any of the complaints we had. when we went to look at the house the agent assured us the Security fence would be repaired.the house is on a corner of the busiest street in Queenswood. here is a list of the complaints that were never addressed Security fence completely broken down - never repaired Irrigation system attached to borehole - never repaired although many promises were made the only tap in the front garden rusted off, they removed it and never replaced it, so there was no way to water the garden or my pot plants. no street number or postbox - never attended to dead trees eaten by termites , branches fell over the gate on a regular basis and you could not enter or exit the property before you had called someone to come and move them. the swimming pool was 1/4 full and completely green when we moved in we changed the sand in the filter at our own cost - it was black like oil. we emptied and acid washed the pool to remove bricks and building debris that were messed in the pool when they built a weir. the stove was 40 years old and the oven door never closed. i contacted an electrician to repair it , he asked for a picture of the stove and then refused to work on it. on the first day i complained about the termites, they eventually ate 5 holes through my Persian carpet - nothing was done about this. no lights under the Lapa - the electrician that was supposed to fix them never came back. we had garden services , they had to take their lawnmowers through the house to mow the back lawn, they refused to allow their workers to walk through the house, so the back lawn never got mowed.this is the only way to get to the back garden. a front door that never locked from the first day we moved in. After 18 months of living like this the final straw was the termites eating my Persian carpet i gave 2 months notice before the contract had ended. they had the cheek to charge me 1 full months rent for breaking contract. this was not a cheap rental, it is rented out at R14500.00 pm with Pool and Garden Services compulsory. i.e. R16500.00pm this rentals agency is very well known in the Queenswood Pretoria area as they rent out most of the houses in this area. please be warned .
