Poor customer service and communication

I sent my bag in for repairs, and was told I would be contacted with a week and be able to collect my bag. After 2 weeks of no contact, I went back to the shop only to find my bag has never been picked up for repairs to be done. They could not give me a date of when my bag would be fixed since “the owners” are out of the country. My review is due to the lack of communication, and customer service.
