<br> I requested a booking for 3 adults at THE MARION LODGE, and was confirmed by my client that all 3 was squeezed into a 1 bedroom unit, where an extra bed was shifted into.<br> I called to complain and the owner or manager does not give a dam whether you have proof of booking, she just bluntly refuse to book your clients into a 3 bedroom unit and wants to explain that this is the only unit she got. I would not advise anybody to book with them as they are bad for business. The receptionist or whoever she is did not take note, while the booking was made. after all i even sent an email TAKE NOTE: as to what i need. still i get treated like i am in the wrong.They don't give you a hearing and also dont give a dam as to what you have to say.
