Deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from agent during and after the purchase of my property. Following the signing of the Offer to Purchase, the agent has been entirely unresponsive and absent. Shockingly, the keys to my new home were handed over to an unknown neighbour without my knowledge or consent — a serious breach of protocol and security. Upon entering the property, I found it in a severely neglected condition, far from the state it was in during the initial viewing. Additionally, I have since discovered that the compliance certificate issued is not valid, further compounding the issues and raising significant concerns about due diligence. Despite numerous attempts to contact both the agent and the transfer attorneys for assistance and clarification, I have received no support. The agent has already received commission on the sale and has failed to take any accountability or responsibility for the post-sale process.
