Wrong application

I once got intouch with one of their sales consultant, asking about their finance o explained my situation to the consultant she asked me to send her my credit profile next thing she app**** for a finance with my info next thing an enquirey under my name, its almost 6months now they since said they will try remove it till to date nothing has been done
