Possible Scam

Before purchasing a solar charger from Marlec Energy i contacted the company and spoke to a guy by the name of Trevor to confirm. I went on to purchase the item and its been in processing since the 29th? I have emailed and tried contacting them, however i have had no success… very poor service…
