I am of the opinion that market place are being used by dishonest advertisers. I was in the market for a Suzuki motor vehicle and found similar vehicles at ridiculously low prices. It then appears to be apparent sellers who are trying to get cash by luring you to meet them. Be very carefull going for the cheapest . On the other hand I found very reliable sellers .

Worst ever. Tour guide admit info on Mrs Pless wrong and equipment not maintained. Restaurant should close down.... Water ride disaster as adults hit their heads against so called formations. One sided political posters.

I am a paraplegic member of the public and visited your centre earlier today (Sunday, March 05, 2023). I was disappointed by 2 ladies of your cleaning staff who were using the bathroom facilities intended for use by members of the public like myself. One, who was using the one close to the Photo Shop, got very cheeky when one gentleman who was with a group of people on the benches close by managed to open the the door and found that she wasn't even using the bathroom but was just sitting on the closed toilet seat and using her cellphone. The second cleaning lady was using the one close to the Tumulus Restaurant. She also hadn't even locked the door properly. As much as her excuse was that she was pressed, I explained to her that she could have used the ladies' bathroom which is close by and that I need this particular bathroom because I usually can't close the door if I had to use the bathroom the general able bodied members of the public use and that is why this one is bigger. I got the normal "askies"...but this doesn't usually come with changed behaviour. Therefore, I implore you to sensitise your staff with regards to this matter. It is rather disappointing behaviour from some of the staff from a world class heritage site which I quite enjoy. On the plus side, thank you for bringing back the buffet. I quite enjoyed it and had excellent service from the Tumulus Restaurant staff.

Suddenly done away with the Combination Ticket... No warning no notice, just gone. One day there next day gone. There should be a discount for doing both... Phoned info centre they said they would phone back but not holding my breath, get the feeling this one is to difficult to explain so easier to ignore. "Rip-off" comes to mind...

Whilst the Maropeng and Sterkfontein Caves experience was excellent and memorable we were aggrieved by their online booking system. The online system clearly states that pensioner discounts for the double venue are not applicable. As a pensioner I paid the usual adult price of R190 for both venues. On collecting our tickets at Maropeng we were horrified to see pensioner double venue tickets at R65. The lady in the ticket office said she gets regular complaints and we should email our complaint. This we did on Tuesday 7 January and to date we have had zero response. The venue is well worth a visit but if you are a pensioner rather buy tickets onsite. There is no benefit booking online. You join the same queue and pay extra for online bookings.

Terrible service towards mother and children, with foreign visitors. We were so embarrassed at the bad service by so many. Manager wasn’t even on site. As the mom, I was separated from my children and family.. except for one upstanding gentleman (a contractor) the rest of the security staff were rude and defensive at their own process failure.

Am appalled at at the service I have received tried to make a booking on 1 November and was told I needed to email I did so and after a week received no reply I then called then and they couldn't help me I had to wait for another lady to get it I then called again only to find they had ignored my email because they no longer accepted a valid Groupon voucher I was disgusted by how they can just ignore an email and not inform you of their changes. If it's that difficult to make a booking what service do you recieve when you are there

I booked a lunch party with set menu for a farewell and birthday celebration. As required this was prepaid and on the day we had an additional guest and toddler. There was no hesitation by staff to accommodate my toddlers eating requirements and the additional guest also enjoyed the set menu. The staff (waiter and waitress) that attended to us where very kind and service was delivered with a caring attitude. I also decided on the day to take a cake with and asked that they serve it with some fruit and a candle - so my surprise the chef did a most amazing job of decorating the cake and was so humble when I thanked him for going the extra mile.
