Bad Customer Service - Online
Ordered from their Pretoria branch online, called “One Stop Music” Item was a one on hand. After paying and placing the order I get told two days later that the item is in fact, out of stock, and they have to get stock from their wood mead branch. On checking the Marshal music online store, the pedal says it’s in stock - yet when you WhatsApp them they say it’s not in stock… Why do they take your money with false advertising??? It’s been a week now and I still don’t have what I ordered. To be honest, the staff there don’t care too much either! Rather shop elsewhere!

Bad Service.
Worst experience I've received from a company Bough small pearl part online from them. Had excuses from the beginning after telling me they don't have the parts next day telling me they can get stock from Cape Town. Waiting 2 weeks for 2 small parts and when received from Bert Koster. I could have gone straight to Bert and had it in 3 days and not Pearl brand just Bert kosters brand name. Will never see me again Marshall happend before. Atleast 2 days after they took their online ad off.

Excellent service and attitude
Took my Marshall speaker into Woodmead today as my speaker was not playing. The found the fault immediately and it was with my phone. They resolved the problem. They declined payment. As always I am blown away by their excellent service and great attitude

Excellent customer service
Excellent service! easily assisted me with my order beforehand on their watsapp line. Got free delivery for my instrument from jhb to Cpt. It arrived within 3 days. When i received it, i realised I need a larger sized instrument and even though my instrument i bought was a sale item, they allowed me to ship it back and provided me with a bigger one and did not charge delivery again. Also notified me when the instrument was received and new one shipped etc.

Great service from Shannon
Exceptional service by Shannon. I had very little knowledge about what I needed from the store. She was patient and helpful even though I had a very tiny order, but she offered me superb service.
