I have been a loyal customer with them for over 10 years since signing a contract for armed response. My standard armed response monthly fee is now R700 which I have come to learn is 80% more than the 'normal' monthly fee🤦 Rational given to me is that they have just increases it every year and I should have contacted them once the contract period was over. My reward for being a loyal customer I guess 😩 but also for me being silly and not taking the time to check and ask them about my fee once the contract period was over. So for me I could have been saving R3000 - R4000 a year which adds up quick over the last 10+ years. Look, to be honest I have had no issue with the service and commitment from my security company and have been safe and satisfied. We all get busy and not all of us are diligent with some of this admin, like I was. Perhaps take 5 mins to check your bill to ensure you paying a fair market related monthly fee.

If I could give a minus 10 i would have, Mohammed from marshall security durban are an extremely rude person and not to mention the incompetence, most of the staff working there seems *********** as they cant help with a basic situation. Do not support

Hope it reach to Marshall Security HR department, i sent an e-mail no reply, about my Provident fund payout, there was 1 year contribution shot, they never get back to me. Please do the right thing b4 i take further step, go through my file and resolve it. I will also write review to PSSPF About this matter, i also have payslip proof for my contributions

My good lord.. look at all the complaints about this company.. I had an issue and marshall patrolies basically have me an Ef-U and insulted me merged with a massive ****** attack. Yet their operation manager does nothing about it and gets some account lady to to step in and be his mouth piece. They are gone to The dogs this company, without any formal mannerism of attending to issues. They will be charged with ****** and the pair etc should be made aware of their pathetic service. Seems they only work on catching ******* for northglen newspapers advertising. And in so much as they are aiding and abetting the saps, I have went higher up and laid a complaint to which will see the inside of a courtroom. Nobody, and I mean nobody actually cares nor caters to Client services.. and thus I hope to bump into Tyron Powel and serve him the same medicine his biased and ****** patrolmen served me, in public, He needs to feel the very same shame and humiliation and degrading I've experienced, and if it has to lead Into a fist fight or guns being drawn, be it what may, Tyron needs to suffer the same degrading embarrassment I endured by his black ****** patrolmen. This is no threat, but an excesize in teaching this owner bloke to respect his own ethic, code of conduct and instruction. I will not rest until justice is served !

I had a horrific experience yesterday apon entry and exit into Teak field park complex in Springfield Park, Durban which is manned by one of your personnel. The manor in which your security guard Vusi Msomi conducted himself was absolutely disgusting, im shocked and appalled at his behavior. Definitely not what I would expect from a Marshall security guard. Apon entry Mr Msomi was rude and arrogant and after I brought it to his attention that I don't appreciate his bad attitude he became aggressive and threatening. Yes some words were exchanged however that was no excuse for his behavior especially not the way he conducted himself later- apon our exit! He said that I'm wasting his time used profanities and made utterances such as he will show me, I don't know who he is and when I come out he will clamp my wheels. I promptly contacted your Control room and alerted the lady on duty about his threatening conduct. She said his behavior is unexceptable and to expect a call from a supervisor regarding the matter. I expressed my concern about the threats he made when we exit and I was assured that if I was let onto the premises I should have no problem exiting. Apon exit at the booms Msomi was once again threatening and swearing and said he will show me and I will not leave the premises. He was also very ****** and made racial remarks which aggrevated one of my passengers! He was behaving vindictively and his behavior was volitile! He then just left us standing at the booms. Myself and my passangers felt very threatened, one passenger being a 75year old man who was not feeling well and needed to get home urgently to take his medication. Mr Msomi refused to act reasonably or behave professionally and rationally. I felt trapped and anxious being unreasonablly held against our will and scared at what he was going to do. We just needed to get out and away from such a toxic encounter. I then decided my only option was to open the booms myself and leave but Mr Msomi quickly rushed to close the booms preventing our exit. The situation then escalated. Another customer alerted the center manager who opened the booms and let us out. I once again contacted your control room and notified them that I'm leaving after waiting for around 30 minutes for the supervisor from Mashall to arrive.
