Marvic Panelbeaters
We had an unfortunate event with our car. Not a lot of damage, but not nice. The insurance gave us 3 options. Marvic was one, the others were too far away, so I chose Marvic. However I went on to read the Google reviews and was mortified. So many bad reviews. When the lady phoned me, I told her I am not happy to entrust my car unto them because of all the bad reviews. We ended the phone call. My phone rang again and it was the owner of Marvic. She asked why I did not want to use them, I told her because of what I read on Google. She then assured me that the business is under new management, the reviews was with the previous owners. I dropped my car off on the Friday and they said it would take a week and a half. Shantal kept me updated the whole time and they finished the car within a week. The workmanship was WOW! I am so happy!

Beware of Marvic Panelbeaters
I dropped my Suzuki off 19 May 2025 and what was supposed to be a 3 weeks job according to them has been there now for 7 weeks. Still hearing excuses and stories and being promised every week your car will be ready next week. I don't know how this business is still open. Don't make the same mistake and rather take your car somewhere else!!

Beware of Marvic Panelbeaters
I dropped my Suzuki off 19 May 2025 and what was supposed to be a 3 weeks job according to them has been there now for 7 weeks. Still hearing excuses and stories and being promised every week your car will be ready next week. I don't know how this business is still open. Don't make the same mistake and rather take your car somewhere else!!

In fact I was going to give them 0 if there was. Please don't take your car to Marvic their service is poor, full of lies, they will destroy your car, they are careless. They didn't put my radiator properly they even change my car battery with the battery that was not working. They kept my car for 3 months just to change the radiator. When my car came back even the radio was not working, my car had a bad sound coming from the front. TAKE YOUR CAR TO MARVIC PANEL BEATERS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

In fact I was going to give them 0 if there was. Please don't take your car to Marvic their service is poor, full of lies, they will destroy your car, they are careless. Horrible service
My car went for repairs, I left it with a half tank fuel when I fetch it, it was empty. When I was at fuel station I realised the car had an airbag error and it was making a horrible noise, I called them, they said they will give me a date to book it in again,I brought it back the following week they said they have fixed the car it was a fender that wasn’t tied, like really ?? What else they didn’t tie if they can make such mistakes? When I was on my way back home the noise started again and it was worse, I called again, they said I must bring the vehicle again, on whose expenses?? I ask the to refund my trips form Nongoma to NRB they refused. They even refused to take my car for the third time. As we speak my car is still making noise, horribly. Oh lastly they said they their speed point wasn’t working and they don’t take transfers at the moment, I had to risk and walk around with R 14 000 in cash since they even said they don’t do pick ups. Never ever take you car to Marvic unless you wanna get frustrated

Worst Service ever...they dont know what they are doing
These people trully dont know what they are doing, my car stayed with them for a whole month and when I fetched it it was not fixed properly. Told them before I told the insurance hoping they will amend and sort it out but noooo...all i get told its a new damage. Why the hell wouldnt I claim from my insurance again if I had hit the car again. Instead these people wasted my time and petrol and leave because had to take the car back in 3 times already...and the owner has soo much attitude doesnt care about hs customers...instead he will make you wait and wait than later you are told He says he is busy. He hides when there is trouble instead of resolving it. I will tell everyone I know about their kak service...actually I was told by couple of people after I told them Discovery chose the Marvic people not me. I didnt believe what they said about them, now I know first hand. Worst service ever .

7 months full repairs by marvic panel beaters
Marvic panel beaters have repairing my car since November last year. They are giving me lame updates. I asked for the pictures for the update, and they are failing to show me any progress, they refused when I wanted to take my car from them

Marvic panel beaters have repairing my car since November last year. They are giving me lame updates. I asked for the pictures for the update, and they are failing to show me any progress, they refused when I wanted to take my car from them
