I recently visited your clinic on 15 march 2024 and was left disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations Specifically, I experienced long wait times, poor communication, poor service unfriendly staff I understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope you'll take steps to prevent similar issues in the future.
