Disreputable company

I was forced to allocate a star. But they deserved none. This company is ************. I have been waiting since August for the supposed delivery of a non-insignificant order I placed, based largely on the fact that they described themselves as a "Cape Town based "company. They are not. They clearly are situated in China and are exploiting South Africans who are wanting to support the recovery of our own clothing industry. If that isn't bad enough, they don't deliver. At all. Which in my undertanding - taking goods and failing to deliver constitutes blatant ***** and theft.
