Zimbabwean Driving school owner a crook!

I took 2 driving packages of 10 lessons each with this driving school. I finished the first 10. Then when I started with the second package the problem started. The rule was to pay the fee upfront for all 10 lessons each time so I reluctantly paid...The instructor who happened to be the owner(Zimbabwean) is just a plain crook! After my 3 lessons he just wouldn't show up where he was supposed to pick me after work. I would then call him but he would come up with an excuse and not show up. I kept on calling and threatening him daily but no success. I called his office and told the receptionists she then organised that someone else train me saying the original instructor was out of town. That only happened for 3 days. To cut the long story short I never received the remaining 4 lessons. I did not even know where their physical address is. All initial arrangements were done by phone. He would pick me up at work for lessons.
