Poor workmanship
This must the most unprofessional company that has provided a service for me. I had a claim with Nedbank and they came to replace my ceiling. Their workmanship is of poor quality and when I complained they lied and said that I was busy with renovations to my home of which had nothing to do with my ceiling. They just painted over a water damaged ceiling. If you have an insurance claim and they appointment this company, you should refuse because you can expect poor workmanship and an even worse attitude. I am going to fight Nedbank to get me a properly qualified service provider and not this dodgy company

Best Service Ever!!
After a break-in the home insurance appointed a well known glass and aluminium window and door supplier remove the damaged door and replace with new. This took the glass specialist more than 4 months to complete with numerous excuses. Masinya Build & Plumbing was appointed to repair the damage to the walls after the glass specialist completed their part of the repair. Masinya Build followed up with us every single time they came out and took it upon them-self not just to follow up but also chase up the glass specialist. With Masinya Build behind the project it was literally just a few days and the repair was complete and to total satisfaction. 100% professional 100% recommended
