Purchased a Hisense tv from Hirsch. After 14months the screen packed up. Then the blame game started. Eventually the tv was fetched by Hisense subcontractor Master Audio. Useless can’t be more useless…arrogant staff, can’t give an assessment seven days later. NEVER BUY HISENSE! Their warranty is nonexistent…abd their subcontractors lacks expertise.

What an embarrassment of an establishment Booked in my 65inch Sony T.V in November of 2023 after numerous calls all they could say is they can not find the spares for the T.V eventually got tired and picked it up in January to Try a new technician The new technician found the spares in a matter of 2 days Parts fitted only to find a crack on the screen These guys have no order and are the most unorganised fools I’ve ever seen Before you book any of your appliances with them please go and visit their embarrassment of an office which is better to be called a ***sty which includes the most stuck up stuff members you will ever come across They have job cards pilling up, TVs stacked everywhere it’s basically a s**** yard in a office Please don’t even consider these guys as your will just waste your time and money THEY ARE ABSOLUTE *******S WHO SHOW NO PROFESSIONALISM

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They do not keep up to their time of delivery. They keep you waiting indefinitely for your delivery and then do not turn up. This happened to me twice. I wasted 2 days leave waiting for my repaired washing machine to be delivered to me. NO courtesy call received either to mention that they are not able to fulfil their obligations :(

I have acquired the services of the company called Master Audio Visual and my experience with them has been exemplary. They came to my home to repair my washing machine as it's very difficult to manage without a washing machine especially as we have grown accustomed to having it in our daily lives. They also collected my TV and returned it within 3 days as I explained to the staff that my leg was in hard plaster and this was my only pleasure since I am unable to move around too much for the next 5-6 weeks plus my soaps are very important and I am addicted to them. So I can say that my interaction with Master Audio Visual and their staff has been amazing in which I would refer them to another and use their services in the future.

I have acquired the services of the company called Master Audio Visual and my experience with them has been exemplary. They came to my home to repair my washing machine as it's very difficult to manage without a washing machine especially as we have grown accustomed to having it in our daily lives. This company does the extended warranty for Makro. There is no communication, management goes under firstname basis eg. Kis****, nimmy and Margaret etc. Numerous calls leads to no response. Your call won't even get answered. Promises to call you back are in vain. There's no communication between technician and management. My washing machine was picked up 3 weeks ago, returned on the 15th but it was still broken. Technician promised to come on the 16th to pick up and bring loan machine. Never happened. Showed up on the 20th with a loan machine which was broken. Came back 21st to confirm machine was broken. Came back on the 22nd to pick up broken machine and to bring another loan machine. When Technician tested the 2nd loan machine it was also broken. During all this time there has been no communication with management. The receptionist "Margaret" won't even take my call. Have to use another number to get through. Eventually get a call from "Kis****" who doesn't know what is going on and he is apparently the owner of the company. Promises to get "Nimmy" to call me in 20 minutes. Service is absolutely disgusting. I personally will not take an extended warranty if this company does service repair. If Makro only deals with them I will not be dealing with Makro again.

I had purchased a TV from Hi Fi Corp only to have it stop powering on after a few months of ownership, got to the store and was informed that I had to book it in as they had to get technicians to site to view the tv since its larger then 50". Little did I know that Hi Fi Corp outsource this kind of work to Master Audio Visual Umgeni. They had attempted to call me once in the past month which was on a Saturday and I was busy at the time. They never called back to confirm a booking and after a month and me chasing up on the issue have they booked the callout. The lady that I spoke to at Master Audio Visual Umgeni was very rude and certainly not trained to speak to customers. So a month without the TV and not sure how much longer a repair would take. Very disappointed.

Worst ever service. Pure lip service than actual repair service - the receptionist bull****s and says she will call back or get the service manager to call- it never happens. I have been waiting for my Hisense tv to be repaired for 2 months, they say they are awaiting parts but can’t say when and clearly make no effort to find out for you. Pathetic service. And pathetic staff- Hisense should review and revoke their license.
