I'm not happy at all with this dealership. After 2 months of waiting for them to deliver a car I canceled the deal. When I request a cancelation they held me at random insisting I proceed with the deal.They offered a replacement car of which 2 weeks later they still couldn't deliver. I did a follow up on the cancelation and they told me again I can't do a cancelation because the car is considered as I have taken delivery. Its ********* to say the least. Not only are they holding me random. But I can't apply for another vehicle elsewhere because they insist I have to take the car I've been waiting since 28 September for. The more I try to cancel the deal the more they push the deal on me. It's now 4 December.

I recently bought a car at Mater Cars Gezina , and the Car burnt down after a month i spoke to a guy which is the manager and the guy says its not their responsiblity , what if the client got burnt in the car? they dont want to take resposiblity of their matter i consider you guys to not buy cars at MASTER CARS if they dont consider safety of their clients .... And the car took weeks for me to get it

My partner and I just received a good customer service from this guys before buying our new Kia Rio, and still after buying a car the Sales person kept on checking us. I recently bought my fifth car from Mastercars. Unfortunately, not a VW this time because their SUV costs more than I can afford. This morning I took my new Mastercar to an independent workshop for a full technical report. In the mechanic's words, 'this is the best second-hand car I have seen in over ten years. 'You have made a very good buy'. Thank you, Mastercars, for being a brand I believe I can trust. And a special thank you to Charlinda and Chris at Mastercars in Hatfield, Pretoria, for their kindness and excellent service. I will most certainly recommend you.

Hello i bought a car(Picanto 2018 model ) from VW Master cars(Gezina) on June i collected it on the 14th June 2019 and i was told i will receive airiel I've been doing follow up regarding aerial and was told the order hasn't placed till on the 25th November 2019 i went there asking for it and the sales person gave me an aerial that doesn't belong to the model of my car and it look like a ford focus aerial. I felt disrespected.

I bought a BMW 320d for the second hand dealer. From the fist day that I have bought the car I noticed some problems with the vehicle. I notified the dealer of the problems but only some were fixed. The one specific problem the sales person who sold me the car said that its normal its not a problem. after getting a professional opinion it was confirmed that indeed it was a major problem. I notified the dealer and he agreed to have it fixed. I even offered the dealer to make use of my motor vehicle plan to help them with cost. It is now six months later and the problem is not fixed yet. I have mailed and messaged the dealer but now he ignores me. The service was excellent but the after sales service is beyond poor.

January the 21st I bought a Golf TSI at VW marstercars in Claremont .Since day 1 the car started giving problems ,The clutch was totally messed up .2 weeks later they send the car in for repairs ,Another week later the car came back still an issue with the clutch .So now they have the car back in their workshop apparently the clutch is sorted but now the radio button needed to be fixed and it’s nearly a week since that was done.This morning I received a call from the dealer saying it would take another 4 days to sort out a radio button .1st of all I was never given a test drive with this car ,on the add it clearly showed 95k kilometers but when I got the car it was already on 111k kilometers .I got a mail from them with an invoice stating that I’m paying an amount of R4k for things I don’t evens asked for so when I questioned it the guy told me no sir it’s for your smash and grab windows and the radio that’s brand new in your car.Up until today the service I’m receiving from them is the worst ever.I feel that they sold me a car that’s defective and will clearly take this matter further.Their service is so terrible.Everything they tell me sounds like a bunch of lies just to satisfy me .
