Bad service from the guardian fund.

I submitted my claim on the 4th of November 2025 and they kept quiet until January 2026, where I had wrote multiple emails asking for feedback. They later responded and told me some documents were missing I went there and they sent me to the PMB GEPF office,when all that was done they ignored my emails again and today I called submitted my information and they dropped the phone call.
