Worst servive ever
Worst service ever.Owner Wentz Herbst is a professional crook. Just don't use him my story is just long to type it here but just stay away .He keeps changing the name of his company also so beware.

One more criminal that needs to go down
**** Service. You could never get a hold of Wentzel. He had a lot of excuses as to why he can not finish or why they are late etc. I wish I had checked on HelloPeter first before using his services. He wasn't bothered with my threats as I am sure he had a lot of those and every time he just blocks your number and move on to the next victim. We work hard for what we want in life and here he is just taking money from everyone without doing a proper job. DONT use him!!!!!

**** Service. You could never get a hold of Wentzel. He had a lot of excuses as to why he can not finish or why they are late etc. I wish I had checked on HelloPeter first before using his services. He wasn't bothered with my threats as I am sure he had a lot of those and every time he just blocks your number and move on to the next victim. We work hard for what we want in life and here he is just taking money from everyone without doing a proper job. DONT use him!!!!!

Unethical business practices
I intended to revamp an old kitchen and install a new very small kitchenette upstairs. I received a quote around January and Wentzel Herbst told me to make payment quickly so that he can schedule the job as his order book was filling up. The job was supposedly scheduled for the second week of March. I started getting worried during the second week of March when I heard nothing about MasterFit or Wentzel. On the 9th March I contacted him notifying him that I will no longer be having a new kitchenette installed and that we have now decided to rather build a new kitchen downstairs. He said there is no problem and not once during the call did he mention that he cut materials for the top kitchenette. During the same week of the 9th March he came out to my house and took new measurements and again never mentioned anything about having cut boards for the top kitchenette. Due to a lack of funding and also not feeling comfortable to use MasterFit I contacted him via email to let him know that I will no longer be needing the services of his company and that I would like a refund. He telephoned me a day or so later and pretended not to have received my email, in any case I again explained the situation that I did not have the required funding and we did not want to go for cheaper materials. Once he realized I was not up for him reducing the quote to make it cheaper (which was actually a steal at the current price given we wanted stone tops installed) he then told me that he already cut the wood for the kitchenette. This was an obvious lie as he never mentioned it before. It is now 3 months since I paid the deposit and more than a month and my money has not been refunded. My lawyer sent him a letter of demand which gave him until last week Thursday to pay back the money which he still has not done. I will now continue pursuing the legal route. I am also intending to approach the media and hopefully prevent others from falling victim to his unethical business practices. If you would like to join me then please contact me via facebook.

So you have really told yourself that you have conquered and that you are going to get away with connig people of their hard earned money without feeling any remorse...shame on you Satan....you must be ashamed of yourself..you are a pathetic human kind. You come into people's lives and destroy their dreams. You are a wicked person...how do you sleep at night knowing that you have manipulated and lied to so many people...People's heavy hearts will haunt you forever...karma will come back triple times to you. Wentzel agreed to do my kitchen and I paid a deposit of R20k. The same day I paid the deposit my bank account was hacked and I lost a substantial amount of money and I had to cancel with Wentzel. He agreed to pay my money back but I got it in drips and drabs. To date he still owes me R4000 but he does not take my calls or messages. He is a bad business men and I would never trust him again.

Appaling service
I'm having the same issues with Wentzel. he naaged ne in December to accept his business. he seemed to be a professional man, and seemed to be the experience. first day of work he didn't pitch and he told me that his carpenter was sick. a few day later he pitched up however he only works for 2 hours and he leaves. he doesn't have a stable starting working ..he comes at 12pm or 1pm and leaves. my carbinets are only sprayed coated on one side (the outside) and not in the inside and not the frames. he didn't pitch up the whole week this week, he told me that his car is broken down.he doesn't respond to his messages. his work is pathetic and appalling.

Don't trust the good impression!
Previously called Cupboard Doctor! Wentzel Herbst has absolutely no integrity and, judging by the numerous posts here and on Hellopeter, is a serial con artist and thief. He has taken off with people's money before and has done the same with my deposit. He buys time with stories (or just avoids your calls and messages completely) and he hopes you eventually lose patience and write off the money as a loss.
