Masterparts kenilworth bad service
Bought a set of pistons and rings only to find out that the rings is a problem. After multiple calls this still hasn’t been sorted out by them. Not once did they get back to me. I had to call them everytime and my engine block was worked on according this piston. We’ve asked them for help several times but to no avail. I am now having to import rings that are worth more than the pistons and they still didn’t contact me with any help whatsoever. It’s now costing me way more than the budget put out for this rebuild. This extra cost should fall on them for not supplying the right parts. Clearly they selling this particular brand and should be able to rectify the situation

Masterparts kenilworth bad service

Masterparts Is the Worse
The branch in Montague Gardens can seriously consider teaching its staff to be more polite. I had a friend do me a favor today as I live out in Atlantis and visit them to get me a thermostat and as there are 2 where they themselves are not sure which one to give. So while on the phone asking as the salesman does not know which one to give I offered to buy both and inquired can I return the other not used the guy responds rudely to my friend saying listen we don't operate like that, they can't sell both as its company policy. The more I say but how can I take one and then it does not fit, I will sit without a car and have to struggle then getting another one. He arrogantly tells my friend no he does not want to talk to me. My first and last engagement with this store. One would think as there being other competitors they would at least treat its Customers with respect.

Masterparts pietermaritzburg
I would recommend masterparts pietermaritzburg, my interaction with the sales consultant Mr Deron was awesome, he personal gave me his details to interact with him regarding my request for quotation of part prices. Yasis i was shocked with the speed in which he rep**** to me and he was professional and friendly and offered further assistance in the future. I know what its like dealing with customers and receiving this type of service, excellent. Keep up the good work Deron, hope you branch manager sees you.

Bad service
Bought a starter from masterparts pmb for np200 on 17/01/2025 the starter only functioned for 1 month then packed up. When you need to get a refund they have no regard for the customer are rude and but yet they sell **** products. It now costed me extra money because of their ******* products. I would advise not to support them they sell cheap Chinese parts and you would be lucky to get a refund. Stay away or cry

Big No Go For MASTERPARTS
Big No Go for Masterparts,I recently bought a fuel pump for a bmw e90 , got it fitted but the fuel gague gives incorrect fuel Reading, When I fuel up instead of the gague moving up it shows no fuel in the car ,very scary and difficult to use . Sent it back to them for a claim they advised the technicians will check the part , this process took over a month and only to come back and say they part is fine my car is the problem, I'm trying to explain to them I bought a new pump from Goldwagen and everything is working fine , I offered to take the car to them so they can do what Ever test they want on the car instead of blaiming the car , not happy with their service and very disappointing they assuming and making statements that are not true also they not responding to me now .

MASTERPARTS BELVILLE
I have never felt so disappointed. I bought a Clutch Kit, Release bearing and exhaust gasket and couriered down to Bloemfontein. Received the Clutch - Box seal was open and there was no packing inside. The Clutch plate and pressure plate just floating around in the box. Never the less it was also not the correct part. I immediately contacted the Sales man Jerome informing him that this clutch looks fishy for me it doesn't even look if this clutch match the box Brands. Returned the Clutch, just to be told that for them it looks like I fitted the Clutch??? Its the wrong Clutch the bolt holes doesn't even lineup! i Shipped them my Sample to measure it them self's and now they just are not coming back to me. I have used Masterparts for more than 10 years without any issues until now. I am not even sure what i should do as there is no contact nrs for the head-office. This is Masterparts Belville

MASTERPARTS BELVILLE

Failed to replace the damaged oil pump
I purchased a damaged oil pump from they they are refusing to replace it the pump gave us an engine oil pressure message on the dashboard i never even drove it now they telling me stories even sent me some report saying it was damaged by my bearings mean while bearings are not damaged we never get to use the pump at all
