Masterstart Business and systems Analysis Principals and Practices - Give this one a skip
I registered for the Business and Systems Analysis Principles and Practises short course. I attended until Module 7, following a benchmarking process on LinkedIn, I decided to withdraw from the course as what is being taught doesn't follow international best practice. Generally, poor quality course material, dates of forums not updated and little to no engagement by the lecturer. The forum is structure to only run from Sunday afternoon to Monday 17:00 with little discussion or interaction. The course isn't accredited, rather attend a course accredited with the IIBA.

Terrible experience
Terrible place with terrible management. They say their courses are accredited and it's not, please ask for their accreditation details before you enroll. The quality of the course is also so bad. Old outdated information and also lots of spelling mistakes etc. Stay away from this place people.

Refund please!!
After completing my course 9 months ago I’m still waiting on my certificate. This has caused huge frustration as my company now refuses to reimburse me for the course as I can not produce a certificate. I’ve been following up for months! Please people be careful of them along with USB. I now demand a refund as I have to endure the cost due to their pathetic ways. Even after speaking to a consultant and leaving my details telling him no one will call me back, guess what I was right, no one called! Pathetic - and please don’t blame Covid , this was January and it doesn’t take much to print certificates! So now please refund me my money or we shall meet in court!

We paid R15997 for course and no results from 2019 to date.
We registered our daughter with Masterstart in January 2019. We paid 31/01/2019 - R4000, 25/02- R4000, 25/03- R4000 and 25/04- R3997. We communicated with hello@masrterstart.com, jihadvanrooyen@masterstart.com. When you want to register they are so quick to do it and take your money. My daughter did all assignments online and past all. The problem came during graduation. They sen us from pillar to post to date. Try to register in masterstart you will see. I suspect they are a scam, pleae help. 083 415 4059.
