Matadoor salvage! BULLY OWNER AND TERRIBLE TO NO SERVICE
MATADOOR SALVAGE also known as AUTO SALVAGE & STORAGE in Muldersdrift! Do not ever buy parts from them!!! I have all whatsapp communication where the Owner Ray Naidoo swore, threatened and called us racist for requested a refund. He just informed us "lets put it to rest your not getting a refund" We ordered a tail lamp for a vehicle, had to pay in full before he ordered it. Paid on 5 September 2022. He brought the tail lamp weeks after but it was broken. We requested a replacement or refund. After providing numerous opportunities to him to supply is with an alternative part he simply ignored. Then requested a refund again now we are blocked on whatsapp. We have also been informed that Ray has done the same to numerous other clients, one post reflects on his facebook page as well.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OR DEAL WITH MATADOOR WHO ALSO CALLED AUTO SALVAGE IN MULDERSDRIFT JOBURG
Bought a crankshaft for bmw m3, they assured me on calls and whatsapp messages that the part is not cracked or bent and they had sent it to be tested, pqid R13500 plus courier to durban, when the part got here, i sent for testing and its cracked, tried to get a refund cause I have them stating in writting that its not cracked but they are refusing to refund or accept the part back, I tried calling all the contact numbers on their website but every single number does not exist. I found the add for the part on gumtree with this guy Sesho who claims to be the sales manager and solf me the part, when I ask for contact details of superiors or customer service or even the owner, he says he cant give any numbers. DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, I AM CONTACTING THE OMBUDMAN AND RMI TO REPORT THEM AND I AM GOING TO OPEN A POLICE CASE AS WELL.

MATADOOR SALVAGE MULDERSDRIFT
Matadoor Salvage is a very shady company. My husband was looking for spares for a BMW X5 F15, and was contacted by Kershan, the owner's son who gave him a quote for the parts he required. According to him, all parts he quoted on were available. My husband arranged for transport from Durban to Muldersdrift in Roodepoort to fetch the spares. When he arrived at their premises, Kershan showed him some parts and most were incorrect. Kershan then left and the salesman had to continue checking for the spares. The few parts that they did have and had quoted on, had suddenly increased in price. You have to wait while they contact the owner, Ray, for the prices. They are not a transparent and reliable company to do business with.

Hi guys, please exercise caution when responding to ads from Matadoor Salvage, and in particular, Ray Naidoo. He is arrogant, cannot back up his big mouth with quality products, tries to be aggressive over the phone {typical bully/coward) and although he will make every effort to shift the blame on you, it is his own attitude that is his downfall. Please do yourself a favor and review other comments on Hello Peter. There are plenty reputable businesses out there that will treat you decently and do need to make sales to keep the business afloat. Rather shop around and don't waste your money or your time.

He is arrogant, cannot back up his big mouth with quality products, tries to be aggressive over the phone {typical bully/coward) and although he will make every effort to shift the blame on you, it is his own attitude that is his downfall. Please do yourself a favor and review other comments on Hello Peter. There are plenty reputable businesses out there that will treat you decently and do need to make sales to keep the business afloat. Rather shop around and don't waste your money or your time.

Hilux 4x4 front diff scam.
These people are the most experienced con artists in the country. They even con themselves into thinking they are superior in their technical know how. They are the most arrogant bunch I have ever come across and hide behind a very friendly receptionist to gain your trust. They sold me a front differential for a 4x4 Hilux 2.5D that turned out to have the wrong gear ratio. When I called them they tried to convince me the problem was electronic and shifted the blame to the mechanic who did the work. When I called them again there was no answer because they could see it was me calling on their cellphones. When I got through to Ray from another number 3 weeks later he started getting rude and abusive, so I would like to warn the public to stay far away from of this bunch. This mistake has cost me R30k. Learn from my bad judgement.

Matadoor Salvage: rudest businessman I’ve ever met
Interacting with this business and it’s owner was one of the worst business experiences of my life. The owner is rude, insulting, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional and unethical. I would discourage anyone from doing business with Matadoor Salvage.
