MatheMagics
I signed up with MatheMagics for my teen daughter, initially and because I didn't understand how the program works, it caused allot of confusion and irritation. After logging a complaint with Deon, he called to set a after hours training session with their Technician Pieta. This was extremely helpful and I am confident to help my daughter and even understood formulas. Thank You

Thank you, Christina Ndluli, for being so helpful with the issue that I had. In the process, I also learnt something that was not related to my software problem, and I appreciate your humbleness. MatheMagics is boss! The lessons in the software are easy to understand, and they are what's necessary for my kids. I also play around with some of the lessons, and it's so much fun! The best thing is that it will be passed on to other kids in the future as it has valid lessons. Thank you so much for introducing this software to us so that our children can do better at school!

MatheMagics say we owe money after 3years of contract cancellation in 2021.
We received the below message from MatheMagics stating that we owe them money. The contract was cancelled in 2021 and they confirmed that they received the cancellation letter/email. After 3 years now they want to say we owe them money although after 2021 no monies was deducted or requested from us. Dear Mr Adams Contract number: 55096 Your account is still in ARREARS despite previous reminders. Total Outstanding Amount: R6 195.00. We will now proceed with legal action and listing on TransUnion ITC without any further notice. To avoid this, contact Alecia Smith urgently. Pathetic After Service
Sometime in January I received a call from a lady working for Mathemagics. She said that a consultant would be sent out to pitch their programme, in which I have accepted. A guy named Quinton came to our place, we missed his WhatsApp call and he left the area. When we contacted him he was more than willing to come again on the same evening. This was just after 7. He pitched his programme very well and we ended up paying him a deposit and agreed to paying the balance off. When it came to setting up, he said that 3 devices can have the programme loaded onto it however, my son's device was flat at the time, so he installed it on my handset. We asked him to install it on our son's PC and he told the father that installation is easy and he can do it himself. So the interesting part is, we told him that we get home after 7 every evening from Mon-Sat. He knew that IF we are setting it up we'd need the help of customer care who only operates from Mon-Fri, 9-5. Conveniently we came to find this out whilst trying to install the programme. He didn't think to mention this to us. I contacted him and showed him the error message and asked if he could make time to install the programme as it was a few weeks later and my son hasn't used it, as when I get home after 7, which he also gets home at the time, he needs to bath, eat, pray and sleep. For 3 weeks I've been trying to get Quinton to install this programme and every week he has a better excuse. A deposit was paid and in addition 2 debits were deducted and my son still hasn't used this programme. So basically he got what he wanted which was his commission on selling the programme, he has absolutely NO after service and if he had done his job properly in the first place I wouldn't need him to return. He is aware that it is R7000 that's coming out of our pockets that obviously won't be refunded and 'apparently' it cannot be cancelled. But why should he care? As his not the one paying for it. I have never been this disgusted by a so called well known company representative. But after reading all these reviews, I can now say, I regret signing up for this.

Unable to cancel and disgusting outcome of purchase
About 1 year ago I was contacted and visited by the most persistent and dominating sales lady from Mathemagics called Magdaleen Elhers. She actually blindfolded me into signing up for this program instantly and didn't even give me the opportunity to read the fine print which states you cannot cancel. My kids have never used this program ever since it was installed and it caused viruses on my laptop which is now no longer in use. I have tried numerous times to explain that I am paying for something that not only damaged my laptop but is not being used at all but they just don't care and tell me that it works for alot of people. Really now? So why doesn't it work for my family and the many other unhappy families that are complaining? This software is a load of nonsense that was presented to us as though it works gloriously. I do not recommend anyone signing up with these bunch of fraudsters who will say and do anything to get your banking details and signatures on their documents. Not once, since I have complained to the consultant has she ever given me a call to find out if all is sorted but she ate her commission from the sales she made out of me. Totally unacceptable and a bunch of rogues. I demand cancelation of this rubbish that was sold to me or I will be sueing this company!!!

Unable to cancel
The salesperson did an excellent sales pitch for the product. I am trying to cancel this contract as I do not use the product and it is non beneficial, however I am been told about the clause in the contract of where I cannot ever cancel. I think this is a straight out robbery. It is the first that I hear of something that you may never be able to cancel.
