Not happy
I made a payment on 27 Feb 2026, I haven't received study materials and link to join the Telegram group. I tried sending you guys email and contact through WhatsApp with no response. Fix this or I will cancel and register with other college. I'm not happy with your services.

Worst experience big ****
Worst experience no help given to anyone they quick to even debit before the date you give and they **** you by telling you it's 13 months but if you read your emails properly it's 15 months. I tried to cancel for over 2 weeks they come online and go off now I've been blocked after telling them they tried to debit early and also added 200 rand more on the 490 which was agreed on.... Don't waste your time

Worst experience no help given to anyone they quick to even debit before the date you give and they **** you by telling you it's 13 months but if you read your emails properly it's 15 months. I tried to cancel for over 2 weeks they come online and go off now I've been blocked after telling them they tried to debit early and also added 200 rand more on the 490 which was agreed on.... Don't waste your time

I recently app**** to join matric college and at first the ladies were nice and helpful but after some time I had to cancel due to personal reason. I messaged and tried to call but they refused to answer even when they were online. No one responded or apologized for the inconvenience. It was quite upsetting to see a high rate only to be disappointed.

MATRIC COLLEGE IS A ****
I enrolled my son with matric college and paid the 1st installment in Dec 2025 via eft. We are at the end of January and they haven't even sent my son any material or provided assistance in any way and he needs to write exams in May. They just keep on sending automated emails about remembering to pay the monthly fee. When he sends a request for someone to call they never do and say he doesn't answer his phone. Luckily i never authorized the Debi check. I think i probably had a premonition that this was going to happen.

Poor service/ misleading employees
The don't give an option for no stars. The service from whoever I spoke to is **********. I was misled, pressured and now I will be ******. I queried about completing my matric, I was told that its a once-off special offer if I register on the call, which I did. I was told that my books will be given to Clicks and will have to go and collect them. I was told that the learning material will be sent after the first payment was made. The link they gave to register for my exams was not even working, when i called for help no one assisted me. They even told me that my previous reports can be sent through a month before writing, which I was now told that's untrue. I was told that there would not be any cancelation fee but now that I want to cancel i was told that there was a fee. I reached out on the whatsapp line and got a reply 4 days later. I never even receive any books or notification to collect but I am paying a fee. This company is utter ****!!

Cancelation Fee
Since I reported this matter to Hello Peter they called and email me to apologize about ignoring me about deductions they made in December 2025 and cancellation of my contact with them and they also agreed now about the deductions they made in December 13 after denying everything .The Problem now they wanted me to pay R730 for cancelling my contacts with them, according to my right .I do not owe them nothing after them delayed the process by their own Purposes of keeping me paying for these tree months. It is them they owe me after they deductions they made in December , because I emailed them to Cancel the contract in November 2025. And how about them turning down my reputation and my Credit Score? After all not trusting everything I told them that they must verify the transactions on their side first before put me do all this.
