Horrible service
Good day, I am disappointed in the service I am receiving from matrix, I cancelled my vas protection policy last year November and it was such a hassle to do so, eventually it got cancelled in December. I received a call in January from matrix to confirm what's happening with my policy, I had told the call center agent that i cancelled it, she went and revived the policy and it started debiting end of January again. I have sent an email in relation to this 2 weeks ago and have not received a response. This service is disappointing, I want my money refunded and this policy cancelled ASAP. I would not recommend this company to anyone, stay away! There after sale service is pathetic

Bad service Matrix
They are quick to phone you when your car battery is down or something with the car. But boy try and cancel your debit order when your car was written off during an accident, every time you phone a different story . You are paying for a service you are not using anymore? Can that be done?

*****ulent calls
I was *****ulently called by this company's consultant to upgrade my cartrack device and that Metrix is the upgrading department. They asked all personal information which they already have as when I refused to give them my ID number they asked me to confirm the numbers. Luckily for me they did not have the banking details and I refused giving them then I was referred to the manager who told me that it was against the law to share the banking details so I should give them. When I refused he promised to call me back then I contacted my tracking company and they new nothing about Metrix. So stay very far away from this company.

Matrix solutions- avoid this company
Terrible service. I get a different answer to the same query each time i called. Gave incorrect location of the vehicle on a few occassions and cannot pinpoint the exact location, only provide the area in which the vehicle is yet when you sign up this is not explained. Almost never answer the telephone or respond to emails. Never keep their promises to provide information. Its money first and service (if any) later if and when they are interested. Steer clear of them

Channel 21 consulting services. Those people will make u work for next to nothing. Everything you are promised and told over the phone is lies. U get there and they'll make you cold call even after saying it's not a cold calling center

Matrix Vehicle tracking
I cancelled my debit order with Matrix September 2019 as the Polo Tdi 1.9 was sold and no vehicle tracking was therefore needed any longer. EVERY person I speak to at the call centre promised to cancel the debit order. Two weeks ago after I again had a discussion with a call centre agent I received 7 emails of clients with contracts.Not one in my name, I spoke to David Mabuza on Saturday who promised to email the debit order cancellation to the relevant department and CC me. NO e-mail was received!!!! I request a refund from cancellation date to current This is the worst service I have ever come across!!! Matrix should contact NETSTAR because my debit order for another vehicle was cancelled the same day of notification,

Lack of Customer Service - Clueless Techies
<p>I would like to complain about the rude and obnoxious way that I was treated as a Customer by Matrix in Melville, Johannesburg.</p> <p>I took my laptop in to Matrix in Melville 2 weeks ago with a problem with Vista. I was told that they needed to reload Vista. When I queried if the could install Windows 7 they quoted me R3000, however they said that my laptop was too old for Win7. I accepted the quote of R450 to reload Vista.</p> <p>After 2 days I picked up the laptop and took it straight back that morning as it would not start up. After another 2 days they informed me that the Hard drive is damaged and needed to be replaced. They did not have a drive available for me so I bought one from another PC store and took it back to them to install Vista. A week later they told me that the new drive was also damaged. </p> <p>I took both drives and the laptop to another PC shop and they tested both drives and told me there was nothing wrong with either of them and they loaded Win7 and all extras without any issues.</p> <p>I went back to Matrix to find out exactly why they could not fix my laptop and why they claimed that both drives were faulty when they were both good. I also requested a refund as I felt that they did absolutely nothing to my laptop. After an argument, all the blame being aportioned to a Techie that no longer works for Matrix and no one prepared to accept any responsibility and being called an Idiot, I left as a very disgruntled Customer and I have already started to let my friends and familty know about the service (or lack thereof and their rude attitude). I left the store as they do not care for their Customers, they actually seemed quite happy that I walked out the store.</p> <p> </p>
